Solution Engineer

Before a client, investor, or internal stakeholder commits budget to a geospatial platform, they want to see it work on their own data, not a generic demo. This service builds a focused, working prototype on Esri or FOSS4G tooling that proves out a specific technical claim, such as a routing engine, an asset-tracking layer, or a custom widget, fast enough to support a live pitch or pre-sales conversation. We scope the prototype tightly around the one or two questions that actually decide the deal, so the build stays fast and the demo stays sharp. When the pitch lands, the prototype becomes the technical foundation the production build starts from instead of throwaway work.

How We’d Approach This

A clear, staged plan — not a black box

  1. 1

Diagnose the one or two technical claims the demo actually needs to prove for this audience

  2. 2

Stand up a scoped proof-of-concept on Esri or FOSS4G using representative or sample client data

  3. 3

Run the prototype past internal technical stakeholders before it goes in front of the client

  4. 4

Package the demo with a script and fallback plan, then hand off build notes for production scoping
